Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by Reedssports.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, items must be returned to the factory. 

Non-returnable items include:

  • All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery must be returned to the factory for exchange or refund.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received. 
  • Gasoline-powered items are not returnable after 30 days or after fuel or oil has been added to the item, all manufacturer warranties are in effect and the item must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
  • Clearance items are not returnable. 
  • Must have a receipt, tag, and original box. 

All returns must include Receipt and a note specifying your reason for return.

  • Firearms, Black-powder Guns, Ammunition, Gunpowder, and Primers cannot be returned after these items have left the store or have been transferred into your possession.

  • Clearance items are not returnable. 
  • Must have a receipt, tag, and original box.

Firearm Returns – Please inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. We can not provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. Any defect discovered after the transfer of the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid unnecessary transfer fees.

Shipping Terms. All free shipping, fixed price shipping quotes, and special rates apply to the Lower 48 states of the USA. We will quote freight costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, which aren’t part of our shipping special offers. If shipping rates are not accurately reflected in the order confirmation, we reserve the right to contact the customer and update the shipping costs associated with the products.

Guns and Ammo. All firearms have to be shipped to an FFL dealer. Residents of CA, CT, DE, DC, MA, and NY please check your local laws. AK and HI will require additional shipping charges, please call for a quote. Buyers must be a minimum of 18 years old to purchase shotgun shells, 21 years old to purchase centerfire or rimfire ammunition. Ammunition can only be shipped via ground delivery service. No Ammunition Sales to AK, HI, NY, CT, MA. California - All ammunition must ship to an FFL dealer, with no exceptions. Illinois – We require a copy of your FOID card and Drivers License prior to shipping.
